The Program
All Physical Therapists and Nutritionists at Flex Golf were trained in the healthcare field. Practitioners use their skills to first evaluate each players strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and diet to determine the kind of program that will help the golfer achieve his or her goals in the shortest time possible.
The ultimate result of the Flex Golf program is a golfer who is able to perform at the highest level and remain injury free. If a golfer's body is in shape through the use of proper exercise and nutrition, it will lead to shooting lower scores through longer and more consistent shots. |
